We would like to introduce a case study of a nursing home that implemented our evaporative humidifier, "Moist Fan." 【Case Overview】 ■ Facility: Nursing home (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) ■ Installation Location: Shared space ■ Usage Period: November to April The facility hoped to increase the humidity in the entire shared space where people gather. However, due to the many windows and high ceilings, it seemed difficult to raise the overall humidity. Since they could not decide on the implementation without understanding the effects, we first conducted a free demo to test its effectiveness. In addition to the structure of the Moist Fan, which humidifies by sending out moist air through a layer of water, the large type of Moist Fan has the capacity to evaporate up to 5 liters of water per hour, allowing us to raise the humidity as desired. We would like to introduce a case study from a nursing home that has implemented our commercial vaporizing humidifier, "Moist Fan." 【Case Overview】 ■ Facility: Nursing Home (Kanagawa Prefecture) ■ Installation Location: Shared Space ■ Usage Period: November to April The nursing home was concerned about the dryness in the shared room. Although the air conditioning system had a humidifying function, it had broken down a few years ago and could no longer be used. For a time, they did not perform any humidification, but due to the heating being used, the dryness became severe, leading to an increase in complaints of sore throats and colds among residents. They tried installing a household humidifier they had on hand, but the humidity did not rise. After testing the compact Moist Fan in a demo, the humidity increased by 15%. Since there were already sofas and furnishings in place, they were worried about whether there would be enough space to place it. However, they were able to find just the right spot (between columns or in a corner) without obstructing the movement of the staff. The compact Moist Fan, while being a commercial product, is also recommended for those who have limited space for placement.

We would like to introduce a case study from an office that has implemented our commercial vaporizing humidifier, the "Moist Fan Small." 【Case Overview】 ■ Facility: Machinery Manufacturer (Saitama Prefecture) ■ Installation Location: Office ■ Usage Period: November to April The facility was contemplating whether to place one commercial humidifier or several household humidifiers in a space of about 70 square meters. Although the commercial humidifier, which can accommodate up to 150 square meters, was somewhat over-spec, they prioritized ensuring a reliable increase in humidity and contacted us. The customer initially inquired about the Moist Fan Medium, but upon discussing the situation, we determined that the Moist Fan Small was more suitable, so we proposed the smaller model instead. Although the term "small" led them to imagine a tiny humidifier (household size), we explained that it stands 1 meter tall and has a tank capacity of 36 liters, and we proceeded to conduct a demonstration with the Moist Fan Small. After placing the Moist Fan Small, the humidity increased by 20%, and they were able to maintain an appropriate level of humidity, leading to a full-scale implementation.

We would like to introduce a case study from a metal factory that has implemented our commercial vapor-type humidifier, the "Moist Fan Large." 【Case Overview】 ■ Facility: Metal Factory (Saitama Prefecture) ■ Installation Location: Workshop within the factory ■ Usage Period: November to April The facility is a metal processing factory with an area of over 700 square meters. While the air conditioning system had a humidification function, it was insufficient, and they were looking for a humidifier to assist with dryness prevention. Humidification is crucial because dryness can lead to static electricity and material deformation, which can affect quality and safety. Considering the size of the room, we proposed the Moist Fan Large. Although there were some areas where it felt a bit cramped, it was determined that it did not obstruct movement and increased humidity, leading to its installation. We discussed with the customer where to place it to ensure it would not be in the way while effectively preventing static electricity and deformation. Previously, they found it difficult to raise humidity by even 10%, but the Moist Fan Large proved effective in preventing static electricity and material deformation.
